Here are some tips on finding information on the ALHI website.
If you have a particular person’s name in mind, visit the Interview Index. The Interview Index is a complete list of interviews organized alphabetically by last names. Shorter lists of interviewees appear on theme pages, also broken down alphabetically.
If you have a particular union in mind or an allied organization, please look under Unions. By allied organization, we mean a civil society organization that has union funding or other support but is not a union itself.
Our list of themes is organized alphabetically by theme names.
Resources includes separate sections for Booknotes (book reviews done by contributors), ALHI’s Publications, an historical labour Timeline (which is a work in progress), our Current Calendar, Calendar Archive, galleries of Photos, Videos that ALHI has produced, and a curated selection of Non-ALHI Links.
You can also search ALHI’s site using the search bar on the upper right hand side of the screen. Search results may include off-site results, as the search bar is powered by Google. So, check the results carefully.
To learn more about ALHI and our work, visit the About page. The About page includes information on how to go about making a donation to ALHI, and how to subscribe to our free e-newsletter.
